# Teapots and Agent Identity
A small collection of fun, informational RFC-style drafts in the spirit of **RFC 2324** (Hyper Text Coffee Pot Control Protocol — *I'm a teapot*, 418).
## Drafts
- **[draft-mom-dad-agent-identity-lifecycle](draft-mom-dad-agent-identity-lifecycle.md)** — Agent Self-Identity Creation and Lifecycle (MOM, DAD, and the Occasional Nap)
**MOM** = Manager Of Minimal (entities); **MOTHER** = Manager Of Token Heritage Entity Registry — creates minimal cryptographic agent identities on the fly. **DAD** = Delegation And Derivation; **FATHER** = Federated Authority for Token Heritage Entity Registry — equal billing for attestation and delegation. Agents start as a small token, grow into bigger objects (policies, ledger), undergo a **general renewal every 7 years**, and can become mothers or fathers. Plus: optional overnight/weekend “hallucination” (dreams, controlled chaos, recreation) for context-independent learning. Safe but simple; everything else comes later on top.

## Why “teapots”?
RFC 2324 gave the world HTTP 418 *I'm a teapot* and a whole protocol for coffee pots. This repo is for similarly light-hearted, April‑1st‑style specs that are real enough to be useful and silly enough to make you smile.
