refactor: realistic shadows for Claude behavior
- Creator: Perfectionist → Over-Architect (Claude over-designs, doesn't endlessly revise) - Maker: Cowboy → Rogue (same behavior, better name) - Trickster: Saboteur → False Alarm (Claude floods with noise, doesn't sabotage)
