docs: add taxonomy paper — PM/OM methods for agent orchestration

Survey of 12 operations management methods (PDCA, Scrum, DMAIC, Kanban, TOC, Lean, OODA, Cynefin, Stage-Gate, Design Thinking, TRIZ, FMEA, SPC) evaluated against 5 agent constraints. Includes compatibility matrix and decision framework.
